Individual Life Coaching

Recognising that life changes and an individual's needs change - adapting to change is a worthwhile attribute.
Life Coaching on a  personal development level of an individual's life style, covers all aspects of their life.
These elements are individually challenged, redeveloped with new enhancements. 
Dealing with element areas: Personal, Home, Health, Relationships, Career, Finances, Social,
Spiritual and Friendships.
This is all about YOU being the priority. Personal Mission and Values clarification processes.

First introduction session is 'FREE'. 
This will establish your suitability for life coaching, processes and establishing an overall goal that you require.

Individual Investment
The standard contract of 10 coaching sessions. Each 45min session investment is NZ$120.00 (NZ GST incl).

Included in all contracts, are supporting materials, phone calls, emails and any other negotiated systems.
The number of sessions can be adjusted and are dependant on each client's requirements.
